Welcome to the Remote Desktop (Terminal Server) Help page.
On this page we will post issues regarding Remote Desktop and software
downloads.
Printing Solution- We have integrated a printing solution that allows
you to print from virtually any printer now. This third party solution
installs a piece of software on YOUR workstation
(Desktop 1, not your remote desktop workstation) to allow it to see the
printers physically attached to your computer and make them available in your
Terminal server session.
To install, LOG OFF your Remote Desktop
session. Next click on the link below. Choose RUN to download the
file and just accept all the default questions for the installation.
For XP Pro, XP Home, Windows 2000
Listed below is the latest version of the software.
Check to see which version you should be installing for your computer.

Once the software is installed, log back in and you should be good to go.
How it works
The ThinPrint software will look at the printers installed on YOUR computer
and map over your default printer to the Remote Desktop.
You will see the following Icon in the lower right hand corner of your
computer screen.

If you double click on this icon you get the following screen. You can
choose which printer to use or just it pick your default.
